This site is intended for registered patients only and is not meant for the general public.  These are the terms and conditions set forth by Western Montana Caregivers.  We are independent contractors and contract our services to qualifying patients.  Your medicine is intended for your use ONLY and any redistribution of your medicine could be considered a violation of federal and state laws.  Patients must agree that these services are for their medical use only and will not be redistributed, sold, or used for any other purpose.  All services will be carried out within the parameters of Montana Initiative CI-148.   All patients shall notify their caregiver in writing or by phone call if you are exiting the program or changing caregivers.  We reserve the right to refuse service to any patient or caregiver at anytime.
